1. To know the subject he/she's teaching, to present it in a way that I can understand and motivates me to learn.
2. To learn as much as I can of value, and retain it once the class is over.
3. To find something in class that has value outside of it.
4. No clue... what the heck are baggages?

1. Know almost everything and contain the ability to pass that knowledge on to others.
2. Reatin the knowledge gathered and use it to solve problems.
3. Thinking outside the box. What can be mastered later on. What language is more widespread.
