To the best of my knowledge, this is not yet possible, though Apple has been working with a number of Hollywood studios to bring movies to iTunes (and, therefore, the iPod) later in the year. Last I heard, they were negotiating over prices. Supposedly, Apple wants to charge a standard $9.99, while the studios want more. That's what's been floating around, anyhow.
