i have 3 kids, with the same man, we were married for 16 years but was very controlling when he left he told me he would never pay for their upkeep, he has not paid income tax for 17 years, csa cant find him, i have arthritis , have 2 jobs to pay for me and my kids, he earns bundles yet i never get a penny. Actually he has 5 kids, my stepchildren who he never paid for either and they are now 17 and 18 , yet they still come and see me but not there dad. is it a case of what goes around comes around ?

This is an awful situation.
I commend you on your drive, working hard for your children. You are an amazing, strong woman, an inspiration to myself.
There are avenues you can go down to find him, it may take a long time, but I would be in touch with your solicitor and discuss what options you have. This man should be locked up for his abandonment of five children.

if he has bundles of $ how isnt he paying taxes do u have his social security # and dateof birth if so ushould be able to find him i would go to child support to file they can find him your kids and u need the $ that he owes to me u didnt do anything wrong in the long run he will pay if u go to child support and when your kids r successful in life and he sees them he will want to connect and then it will b 2 late

You must know where he is so why dont you just dob him in to the csa ...... You have a right to something form him

They have a place for men like him....it's called "the Gray Bar Hotel"! JAIL! He should be paying his child support! If he doesn't , have him locked up.

How hard are they looking????? He has National In surance, a GP, car registration, gas and electricity and water b ills, a telephone.....he is findable, believe me.

perhaps if you can hire a lawyer he can get a forensic accountant to create a realisitic tax return so you can take him to court and get the money you need to support your family?
