Even if I have never done that myself I will tell you how its done...First they give you test to see if you are sick or not...There are a few other test one must pass first...If the man passes the test he is then giving a cup and maybe they let watch a film or have a dirty magazine..He is then put in a room by him self and given a cup so that he can deposit it in the cup...After it's done the person give the cup to the doctor...The doctor take it and puts it into something else...Then the Sperm is then put into the ice box until needed....I hope that answers you question....Plus your science knew the answer but did not want to tell you because they did not think you needed to know...Also the sperm Donner gets paid for there disposit...

The men "collect" the sperm themselves, in the manner in which they have been practicing for most of their lives.
The donors go directly to the sperm bank, where plastic cups & pornographic materials are offered.
Therefore, these guys are paid, anywhere from $50-$75 a donation, to do something (in an office) that they probably do at home once a day!
The thing is: first they must go through a pain-staking review process, making sure they're not homosexuals, needle-drug users, or people who have genetic diseases, like diabetes. Also, a donor isn't supposed to "donate" to anyone else (or for themselves) for up to a day before donating at the bank.
But they often have chocloates for the donors! So it's not a bad outting at all!
(Most donors are college students, so they often have sperm banks near to large universities! It's quite a good way for a young man to earn some extra pocket money!)

PEOPLE: OBVIOUSLY, we are dealing with a young person, could you POSSIBLY have just a little more class and education when giving an answer?? Jacking off is hardly an appropriate term.
Young man or woman, the man goes to the sperm bank. He is placed in an isolated room where he masturbates and puts the sperm in a plastic jar that he was given prior to going in the room.
