I have a design that I'd like to upload. I found some sites online but they have very limited paper options. I want to get my design printed on paper with texture / not cheap looking. Please help me out. Thanks.

Go to a local print shop; they're more expensive, but you do have face to face service, and you can feel the paper you select.
Personally; I made them myself. It was a pain in the rear but I only had to do it once. And they have a more personal feel that way.
And also my wife liked it that way; always do whatever keeps you alive :)

print your own, there are a lot of programs now, that you can use to make your own wedding invitations etc, and it is probably cheaper for you to do it yourself than to have someone else do it for you.
