My scanner doesn't work. and my printer doesn't print up to par.
My screen on the printer always says scanner failure turn the power on and off. I do it and it still doesnt work right. Can someone please help me out. i really need this printer/scanner.

my printer is a hp psc 700 series. the copy machine shut down. the scanner stopped scanning. and it doesn't print up to par.
the screen always says : scanner failure. turn the power on and off. i always do this but it doesn't help at all. it just repeat the same thing over and over.
someone please help me out . i cannot work without my printer .

is it a brand new unit, return to the store if not try to buy another unit, it is more easy and no hassle for you when you buya new one with a warranty on it

it might help if you provided the model. It could be several things. Is it an all in one, or are they separate?
