I doubt it, the USA have proven time and again they are rubbish at fighting wars. All they do is throw money and youngster lives away for nothing.....
They haven't managed a decent result since WWII and that was because they picked the right team to play with.

If instead of footballs it was machine guns and bombs and various other warcraft, of course we'd win. The Europeans would be too busy offering us appeasement gifts not to dominate them. I mean they're in a Union and they can't even stop countries like Iran from becoming threats.

Well the USA would probably pour billions and billions of dollars of funding into it and probably create like cyber athletes that can just do anything. So yea, USA would probably win.
