The 234 is the code for Nigeria. If 80 follows, it is a mobile number. The next number either 2 , 3 or 5 define the netprovider.

234 for is country code for Nigeria but I can't tell if the number is genuine.But be very careful with these kind of things.it could be a 419 scam.

SURE IS and it's 419 not 315,ignoramus.It's on the frigging news everytime.GET IT RIGHT. 802 is usually a number from Lagos AND if you got this number from a fax,DO NOT CALL IT like someone already said. You may be tempted because there's promise of millions,but you will be duped and it'll be kinda funny because the people who do these scams are usually people in their early twenties and teenagers
