Actually, I found a good solution at Wal-Mart called Zim's Crack Cream back in the pharmacy. You can also get Petroleum Jelly or Vaseline to apply with saran wrap at nite and put a sock over it, but its a real mess. Gold Bond makes a great cream too. Otherwise your Podiatrist can order you a great cream to made by a pharmasist.

For dry feet the best thing you can do is scrub them to death with a pumice stone or a foot file. Any local drug store will have either of these. Soak your feet in warm water and throw a tea bag in there (like mint or chamomille) to rejuvinate or calm your feet depending what you prefer. Let them soak for about 5 minutes. Pat them dry and then attack them with the foot file/pumice stone.
It's kinda gross, but if you are doing a good job, you'll see white flakes falling from your feet as you scrub!
After you are done scrubbing, use some lotion or vaseline (any lotion will do) and put some socks on. You'll wake up with gorgeous, soft feet!
About the hair...for dry hair people usually recommend mayo. Just rub mayo in your hair and wrap a plastic bag (or cellophane plastic if you have, the kind you use to cover food plates before placing them in the fridge) over it. Leave it on for at least 30 minutes. The longer you leave it in the better.
Rinse it well later alternating it between cold and warm water (not hot).
I have tried this a few times but the idea of having mayo in my hair isn't very appealing to me so I would suggest you go out and purchase a good intense conditioner or hot oil treatment for a few dollars (also at any local drugstore). If you are looking for something at home only though, the mayo should work fine!

For dry feet I smother mine in either baby lotion or olive oil then put a freezer bag over each foot and a pair of socks over the top of that and just sit and relax for up to an hour... then go wash off with warm soapy water and a good scrubber to remove dead skin. My feet are so soft and smooth after! Go careful if walking around with bags and socks on though... it's not easy!

I have very bad feet. My podiatrist told me to buy a lotion from the drugstore called "AmLactin" and rub it them once a day. It's a good softener. I like to rub it in and wear socks until it absorbs. For dry hair I recommend buying a shampoo and conditioner that specifically advertises itself for dry or damaged hair. Some good brands are Garnier Fructis and Pantene. Usually 2-in-1 shampoo/conditioners are not good for the hair, but one exception is Finesse. You can also try a leave in conditioner during the day.

For dry cracked feet try Vick's suave. I have tried all those expensive creams and lotions and Vick's is what worked for me.
For dry hair try using fabric softener or mayo.
