If you wish to create a web site that you should have knoldge of HTML. A verry good HTML tutorials can be found on www.w3schools.com. Or you could just create a web site using:
Adobe Photoshop/ImageReady
Adobe PageMaker
or...use google = http://pages.google.com by signing up for a free acount and get started.

You're better off concentrating on your business and hiring someone to build the site. There's plenty of cheap offers to do so out there, if you look for them.
