Yes i agree wholeheartedly. I settle down to watch a game not involving England and all we get is Wayne this or David That, for gods sake Engurlund ain't even playing. Then we get that arrogant smug little wanker Lineaker at H-T with comments like "England have no reason to fear either of these teams" well Gary hate to tell you this you poncey prick neither of these teams have anything to fear from England.Well enough of the rant and on with the greatest show on earth. And who says we're going to win the world cup? I thought Brazil is tipped to?
Go over to Germany - I'm sure you'll find the Germans are all saying the same thing about their team.

If you read the papers properly the comments in them are anything but glorious. Without exception tv pundits and the newspapers are slating the england squad for their performance. As for the 66 references the only ones who bring that up are the scots constantly reminding us. I'm sick of hearing it too you know!

Why cant the Scots, Welsh or even Irish just let us indulge ourselves.. for god sake, they media are hardly gonna say. 'England dont stand a chance' are they..... the whole countrry pretty much is excited and proud to watch the national team and so wat if we dont win, its united the nation, on the whole, for a few weeks.... Maybe it'd be better taking issue with why some countries are constantly blowing each other up, thats a real problem.

I agree with you (I'm Welsh) I often find is when Scotland, Wales , Ireland play England in football (Qualify) or Rugby they are pro England.
