Im a residant of the UK, if i marry my partner in a civil partnership, cna he live here also?

We are thinking of gettin hitched. But will he have the right to live here with me

My hubby is a UKC and I am a USC. I came to the UK to marry him and I lived there BUT you have to file for the immigration and show that your partner did not come to the UK with INTENT to immigrate.

Only if immigration give him "right to remain", check it out further though, there may be loopholes.
