You need motorola mobile phone tools and either a usb to mini usb cord or a bluetooth link to your computer. The program is easy to use You can buy it from the motorola website or find it on the net.

My desirable chum's mom works at an Alltel keep and says that the Razor V3 has had the most complications and go back percentage. She recommends the Motorola E815 (or more desirable) telephone that could want to keep p.c.., take pictures and record video besides as an MP3 participant. no longer something yet undesirable from those Razors....seems good, yet malfunctions each of the time she says. be conscious to the smart...do no longer purchase one!!!

you have two simple options.
1) send the picture via email (costly)
2) use the usb transfer method.
personally, i own a razr and have no problem whatsoever tranferring ringtones, pictures and video back and forth from my computer to my razr. check the link to get started, the site is free and easy to use.

USB, you can also edit songs and make them ringtones from your comp 2 your phone

it should come with a USB cord...if not you can just email them to yourself. that is how i do it.
