There are several companies that offer storm-chasing tours for a price. Do an internet search for storm-chasing tours, or try looking in the phone book for your nearest National Weather Service office and ask their recommendations.

check your local area for any clubs associated with weather. try a college or university. OR if you want to shell out the dough, you can pay pros to take you out. i usually go by myself, although i'm officially trained by the national weather service. you can be, too.
