3,500 calories equals I pound of fat and each twinkie is 150. Now assuming you don't have a deep fried twinkie and you never move to burn of some of those calories, somehow you can eat 23 twinkies before you gain a pound.

This is somehow comforting to know isn't it?

If you want the one pound right away then weigh the twinkies and eat one pound of twinkies and viola, you gained one pound...by the way you could cheat with a banana

you have to eat 3,500 calories to gain a pound..and a Twinkies has approximately 150 calories in one of them, so 3500 divided by 150 equals 23.33333333333 Twinkies you would would have to eat..
but again you know running burns calories, and so does OTHER things.... so if you have any Twinkies in your possession, just maybe you will get chased around and it will take away some of those calories you are trying to consume...but this is an average amount..

good luck

It depends. For some of us, just LOOKING at a Twinkie can make you gain a pound.

3500 calories typically equals one pound of weight gain. 1 twinkie has 145 calories. About 21 of them plus or minus a twinkie since everyone's metabolism is slightly different.

3500 calories= 1 pound
150 calories= 1 twinkie
So I'm assuming about 23 twinkies will gain you one pound.

Well.......there are 3500 calories to make one pound of fat.

Divide the number of calories in a twinkie into 3500 and add 2 percent for the calories you will burn just eating them...and you will be pretty close.

twinkies have 150 calories each so you would have to add 20 to your ordinary intake to gain one pound I don't think I could do it myself, at least not in one sitting.
