Age discrimination for an employer is lawful in most states; I don't have to hire anyone I don't want to as a business owner. In those states where age discrimination is an issue, you still don't have a case, because I as the employer will simply say that "I didn't think you'd fit in" or "I didn't think he'd be able to retain our customers." Sorry, no case. No way.

there is no way someone cannot hire you because you under 30 that would be discrimination and they can be shut done for that. unless it's family owned store and they havea sign that says it they cannot do it.
