well Proactiv will clear you up within a couple days, but also Shea Butter if your face is already clean, and dont pop your pimples. Try using black soap on your face as well.

You can try Mcderma, it's supposed to be for scars. My sister used it and it actually worked pretty good.

pro-active seems to know it all. I use straight up soap and water and it works fine.
