No it is not true. My ex husband was black, 6'4", size 12 shoe and had a very small penis. I have been with 2 other black men, one was relatively big the other relatively small. It's just a silly rumor.

There are always exceptions but the larger penises are the blacks, then whites. The smallest are the Asians. This is based on actual research.
