i just had a daughter about 5 months ago i have lost 30 pounds but i wont to get back to my figure do you guys have any suggestions on what i can do. like what excersizes will help me lose weight

YOGA!! I love yoga. Cardio, cardio, and cardio also help with weight loss. Yoga is not really for weight loss though.

drink alot of fluids, try not to eat fats and do alot of setups and pushups. Good luck:)
