What font and font size should u use when writing a CV?

It all depends on the style -

Typically you want one that is easy to read and when used can fit all of your information on to 1 or 2 pages.

I usually recommend Arial in sizes 10, 11, or 12 with headings and name in 14.

Times New Roman works well too.

times and aerial are standard 12 point is common too.
