Most movie rental places sell used DVD at very cheap prices. And the older the movie the easier it is to find usually. They can also order it for you, but it will cost a little more.

you can buy dvd's used or new sometimes still in the plastic wrap for like 5 dollars to 8 dollars. pick a seller though that has about 90-100% good ratings.
