One thing that really helped me was to stop keeping a long "to do" list. Now I limit the list to 4 or fewer items. I find that I'm not putting as much pressure on myself when the list is short.

Read the "Bhagavad-Gita As-it-Is" which will educate you on the purpose of your existence and on the way to balance your life and work.
Everyone has to work to live/survive but work doesn't have to be overwhelming. You need instruction on getting a proper pespective on what is relevant and necessary work and what is either unnecessary or beyond your control. Some people spend extra hours doing work which other people could be employed to do or which produces very little benefit.
