help with e-mail's?

Question

a few e-mail's with or no photo's or attachment's will not go to canada , mailer demon @yahoo come's back with , not able to establish smtp connection , or , address has permnament fatal error can not crete user output file , my side is ok . can you help

i have sent lot's over a year or so

Maybe their mailbox if full and that's why they're bouncing back to you???

First of all, I work for British Telecom Broadband Technical Help i the UK.
To assist you on this matter, it would make it more simple if I had the following information:
What is your email address? (No! I am not a freak...)

GO DIRECTLY TO YOUR WEB MAIL SERVER and access the email from that site! Send and receive as normal - without any crap from the Microflop stuff.

Are you sure that you have the correct e-mail address? Try sending them e-mails from another account (create a hotmail or somesuch) and see if those bounce too.

Its also possible that the person you are sending to has either server problems or their firewall security is setup to block all pictures as well as other non MS Office attachments.
