yep... you and fifty percent of all pregnant women have the same problem. Don't worry, not all women get nausea all the time... I for one had it once every two weeks or so for the first three months... mostly related to certain smells or foods. My mother had such bad nausea for her entire pregnancy that she was intraveniously fed for almost half her nine months. Count yourself lucky on the good days, and remember your in the same boat with everyone else on the days that crackers seem like food from the gods.

It's perfectly normal hun. It's called morning sickness (although it can happen at any time of the day) and it's caused from the hormones in your body changing. Try eating something with ginger... cookies or sweet ginger... as ginger helps reduce nausea. And congratulations on your pregnancy xx

normally i don't even bother with pregnancy questions (i feel causes for concern should be addressed by the midwife or physic an treating you) but OMG morning sickness doesn't have a schedule it doesn't have to happen in regular intervals that is the joy of morning sickness. eat a cracker and drink some sprite.

I had this for 8 months. It is merely your hormone levels fluctuating when they are high they can trigger nausea by smells or tastes or just because! Coffee and garlic were my nemesis.
