Well if she already knows then you should email her, say "listen I'm sorry to be talking about you behind your back, I was having a bad day and I needed advice" Tell her how you feel and what bothers you, then ask her to forgive you and if you could both put this behind you.

Well she already knows! You should never be scared of anyone, b/c they bleed the same color you do, and put their pants on one foot at a time just like you. All you do is stand your ground, you go your way and she goes hers. Fighting is stupid, so be brave enough to say you are sorry, after all, you were talking about her! Whether she accepts it or not is on her, as long as you did your part!
