Nope. This is the greatest country on the planet. If you don't like it here leave. France always needs some lazy bums.

It's all relative. The U.S. is a better place to live than, say Iran or Afghanistan or Iraq, but not quite as fun as Croatia (gorgeous country, gorgeous people) or Jamaica (better tans) or Sweden and most of Europe (better health care). The U.S. also gets a bit stifling with all that defensiveness: most other places can poke fun at themselves once in a while.
Don't worry, rabid patriots. I only spent five years in America, was never on the welfare system mooching off your money, and have no plans to come back. I just helped keep the average GPA at my college up.

I am always astonished at how ignorant people can be. You spout the words "United States sucks", but if you were in another country, you could be killed for merely speaking such words. We may have our issues (no morality, no one takes accountability for their own behavior, anything goes, everyone believes they are entitled to things that they do not invest time, work and effort into - I am guessing this is you), but this is still the greatest nation on earth.
No where else can someone achieve so much if their heart and soul are in it. No where else can someone worship the God of their own chosing without being imprisoned or enslaved.
We are blessed and for you to make such a statement is insulting to all of the men and women who died for your right to say it. Real men and women of honor, character and integrity that understand that we all have a responsibility to make this a better place if we don't like it instead of just spouting nonsense with no answers or solutions. You should be ashamed of yourself.

y would u say that?? oviously alot of people disagree with that... look at how many soildiers are out protecting ur ***... if u dont like America what r u doing here... theres other countrys that dont like us move there... and frankly alot of people stopped caring if other countries dont like us because... were still either the or one of the richest countries ever.... no matter what president we have were still america home of the brave and we stand togather!
p.s. think of the soldiers and family of soldiers and there out there protecting our country and u say something stupid like that!

the U.S.A. is probably one of the best countries. we've got good education systems. we have one of the best armed forces and our soldiers are in Iraq to protect us. so if you've got a problem deal with it and shut the f*** up or get your a** out of our country.
and i don't mind people who come here as long as its legally. but its the a**holes who i mind, if they don't like us then don't say it where we can read it and b**** them out about it.
