go to the doctor........... it could be overian cysts or a bladder infection get it checked!!if its on your left side it could possibly be a bladder infection!! i have one now it sucks!!

It could be a variety of things, ranging from mild to severe. Your best option would be to make an appt. with your obgyn, or go to a walk-in clinic, or ER immediately.
It could be menstrual cramping, ovulatory cramping, ovarian cysts, fibroids, endometriosis, tubal pregnancy, or ovarian pregnancy (which is rare).
Definately get to a health professional immediately.

cysts is usually the cause,but,extreme pain can mean that the cyst has perforated or ruptured,in any case see a doc
