I own one of these and i'm trying to add songs to it. i got songs from my friends computer and i put it on my usb and i transferred it to my iTunes. i connected my iPod using the usb cable, but the songs did not appear on my iPod later. I need help! Please help me!
P.S. I have 1147 songs on my iPod right now!

a lot. i have a 2 gb (nano) and i can have 500 songs!i would say about 5000 songs

1 GB generally holds 250 songs so 20gb will hold 5000 songs, but this can change depending on what format the songs are (mp3, or AAC) using AACcan save space and let you hold more songs

The ipod 20gb can hold up to 10,000 songs!

20 gig can hold like 10,000 songs.. ,maybe like 8,000 becus of the diffrent sizes of the songs and itunes that has to go in there.
mm... yes. if u want to get ur friend's songs onto ur ipod, then ur songs already existing on ur ipod will get erased. i have no idea how to combine ur library and ur friend's library. mmkay
