I think you mean endocrinologist. If this is the case, he is a specialist doctor who specialises in studying and treating the endocrine system, i.e. the hormones and how they work in the body, as well as conditions linked to hormones such as diabetes, cushings syndrome and addisons disease, Turner Syndrome etc.
