Need a program that can chang a Proxy-Server on the world.
This will be transparent to you, then ramonly on the list the software will change a alternative proxy to suft every "X" minutes you assing. Please note that this will be slow if you have a Dial up connection.

the only way you can do that is if you have dialup. just disconnect then reconnect.
