Old Navy, go to Google type in Hot Couture, the first result, click on it, everything on the website is $15 or less and it's quality clothing. I'm a teen too, and I know money is valuable so go here, all the clothes are really cute and cheap:)

H&M is the best store for teens in my opinion ... www.hm.com - check it out :) They have great stuff, and it's relatively cheap.
