Tear it on the perforated line at either end.

I screwed up first ones too, but just follow the dotted lines, and tear of the small gummed label button, that seals the envelope closed first, then you can tear off, first the one side, then the other. Just do it slow and easy, so that the seal tab for returning the envelope, stays attached.

See where it says "Open Along Edge" with arrows pointing? Slide your finger inside the envelope and open this side first. Then, when that is open you can slide your finger underneath the white circle sticker on the top of the envelope (near the return address). Voila! Your Netflix envelope is open!

I used to have this very same problem. Carefully tear along the preforated edges on the side and you'll be good to go.

lol, no problem, i still make mistakes with them. You tear the front off, the part with your addy on it, then it becomes your return envelope
