Do you type while looking at the key board?

I only look when I am typing numbers or characters I am not used to, like "#." For some reason, I have never been able to get those right without looking! For letters, I don't have to look at the keyboard or the screen.

Most of the time I don't. But then if i find myself thinking about the keys I am typing its like I forget where the keys are and have to look.

My favorite is when I am not looking and my hand is a key off and it looks like this. mu gavpoite od ejrm zzzo s, mpy ;pplomh.

In sixth grade everyone had to take typing lessons, i did too, i passed it , but when i typed i always used to look at the keyboard under the carton that was put there to stop me from looking. So now i'm stuck with always looking at teh keyboard while i type , i always thought it was too hard then to memorize it, but now i can't get myself to memorize it. And i'm stuck that way * shrug * it's just too bad !

No, I took typing classes through high school and college so I can type 60 wpm without looking while I'm typing

I do. The funny thing is, I know when I make a mistake without looking at the screen and I can correct it that way too.

i type w/out looking most of the time. but sometimes i look too.

However, I do most of my typing (text at least) while looking at the screen.
