Some men feel that they need that orgasmic feeling more than others. It would be selfish to expect their wives to perform every single time they ask. I wouldn't worry about the masturbating but lay off the porn. It can get addictive and your wife might have a few things to say if she catches you.

The best thing that would help you is trying to get your wife in on the porn viewing. It kind of regulates your urges once after a while since it is no longer a sigular event. It could be fun, just dont tell the ball and chain that you have a porn addiction!
As for the masterbation, perfectly normal.

Well, as far as stopping the porn watching...have her put in a password for the lock on your computer software and not tell you what it is.
As far as the masturbation is concerned, sometimes you just do what you need to do. Having a wife who is always willing is not always the best thing to relieve the tension.

Well when you "jack off" you don't have to please anyone but yourself so it's less pressure maybe?
Perhaps you like looking at porn and such because it's "taboo" and it's appealing because you think it's bad or your wifey does.
