Of course breaking someone's heart would be worse than having your heart broken because if your heart gets broken then you're sad and you have the emotional pain. If you break someone's heart you may feel guilty about it for awhile but that passes a lot faster than a broken heart!

Breaking my ex-boyfriend's heart was so much worse than having mine broken. He had such a hard life and he has really bad luck. I remember when he told me that I was the best thing that ever happened to him. I have a serious conscience when it comes to stuff like this. I have felt guilty for the past year. Now I'm heart broken that I dumped him. He was a great guy and he loved me but we were not compatible. We argued alot. I don't like hurting people.

Breaking somebody's heart. That degree of guilt would be hard to live with.
Of course, having your heart broken is very painful.....at least until it is so broken it can't feel love anymore. Then i guess you're off the hook.
But i'll stick with "A". I hope i never really did that to anyone.....

Having my heart broken because I have to live with the sadness. I am more likely to care about how I feel about myself at the time -then about how someone (if I broke their heart feels) because if I broke someone Else's heart I probably didn't care about them that much to begin with which is a sad fact of life.

Having my heart broken. It's not something I recommend. It can take a really long time to get over. I feel sorry for anyone whose heart I have broken.

Having my heart broken, because if I'm cold hearted enough to break another's heart, then I would feel nothing.

Breaking someone's heart is always easier than having yours broken. I've broken hearts and moved on quickly and for me it wasn't painful. But once i had my heart broken, I knew how it feels, and it ain't a great feeling...

breaking someone's heart, 'cuz you feel so bad just looking at them sad, some people doesn't get sad but they gets kinda quite and heartbroken for couple days/weeks/months, hopefully not for years, and because of that you'll feel bad and sorry for broking their heart, and never can forget about that...it leaves scar in your heart.
i never had my heart broken, so don't really know how it feels, but i bet breaking someone's heart is way worse than having your heart broken. (just my opinion)
