I'd definitely talk to your doctor about your medication regimen. However, there are other problems that can cause fatigue and tiredness. If you're iron deficient, that will do it, and it's a very common problem in menstruating women. Iron is needed for the body to make red blood cells and if you're deficient your number of red cells will drop and you're getting less oxygen. Another common problem is a thyroid dysfunction. The thyroid is a gland in the neck that produces hormones involved in regulation of metabolism. Both iron deficiency and thyroid function can be evaluated with a simple blood test, so I'd definitely suggest asking about those and discussing your medication regimen with your doctor.
