Riverwalk, Alamo, across from the Alamo there is a Ripleys, and things like that.. if they are into ghosts and things like that there is the Menger Hotel. Fiesta Texas, Seaworld like you said. There is a lot to do. Also Natural Bridge Caverns, Sclitterbahn or Splash town (water parks)

I live in San Antonio, go to the riverwalk, the Alamo, Imax, we have sea world and schlitterbaun (the largest water slide park). There is also the natural bridge caverns ( a huge cave) and natural bridge wildlife park ( animals from Africa) and a really good zoo. You could also drive two hours to Corpus Christi and go to the beach and the Texas State Aquarium which is really cool. Have fun, this is where my wife and I went on our honeymoon, we liked it so much that we moved here. San Antonio was just named the third best place to live, so if you really like it too and want to move, I sell homes.

The riverwalk is a good fun thing for those ages. My son is 5 and he even loved it. There is a large mall on the river walk for your teenager and Casa Rio is a really yummy restraunt. There is also the Hard Rock Cafe and Fat Tuesday's on the riverwalk which are also yummy. (If you are staying at a hotel on the river walk you can walk to any of them and Casa Rio has insanely good margaritas.) Sea World is still fun (they have caosters and shows) for all ages as well as Feista Texas.

The alamo, good shopping on the riverwalk. Take a tour of the riverwalk on the gondola boats they have.
There are a lot of rodeo dinner shows, and a 6 flags (or similar).

Seaworld is great, you can take them to the Riverwalk that is nice, they also got alot of nice markets around there. If you love mexican food go to "Mi Tierra" it's an awesome mexican restaurant and always gets packed on Sundays after church. They also have a bakery inside really nice.
