A GOOD ( and expensive ) lawyer. Not a guaranteed way out though. Better to take your lumps and learn a lesson while you still have a driver's license. Everybody speeds ( including me ) but, you don't have to pass every other vehicle on the highway just because they're in front of you. Slow down, set your cruise at 70 or 75 and let everyone else do 90 or 100 mph ( and get the ticket ).

Flirt with the cop. Give him/her a piece. Or just simply apologize and claim you didn't know how fast you were going. Or (this will only work if its true) show them that you've never had a speeding ticket and ask for either another chance or just a written warning. Then watch your speed.

plead not guilty and do not ask for a supporting deposition its paper work for the officer and before trial the cop WILL offer you a reduced charge like disobeying a stop sing or something like that most times with no points

tell the cop your daughter just got her period and she was all upset, then apologize for whatever infraction you did. if you still get the ticket tell he judge you are guilty with an explanation
