Learn to loose a pound a week by changing diet and exercising.

Exercise every morning; cardio and light weights to start. If you follow this with eating a healthier diet, such as whole grain cereals, complex carbs and lean protein meats, the pounds will easily fall off. Don't take medicine, because most of the stuff is just cafeine(sp) and doesn't even help you lose weight.

You need to exercise..the weight didnt come on quickly..it wont come off quickly.
