The U.S. Post Office has applications for SS Cards, I recommend you pick one up, fill it out and find out if there's a SS Admin Office close by to hand carry it to-if not send it by mail.

If you are a citizen or legal alien, take a copy of your birth certificate to the local SS office.. They'll get you the forms.

First you will need a certified copy of your Birth Certificate and then you can take it to the Social Security Office and apply for a card... takes about 2 weeks to get one.
With all that has gone one however, you may need more than just a certified copy of your birth certificate... but they will tell you when you make the appointment.

if you are not a member of this country...then you need to earn one first...meaning learn our language, get a job...support yourself......if you area US Citizen and just need to replace the one you had, go to your local Social Security Administration Office
