She is an extremely shy girl, I've been dating her for 3 months now, and I really care about her, she's gotten to where she's not too shy around me, She talks to me alot and always hangs out around me and my buddies, but around other people she doesn't talk much at all, I know she hides her feelings most of the time, so how do I tell if she cares about me as well, I'd like to be somewhat sure she feels the same before i tell her so as not to just blindside her with this kind of surprise, she's shy and wouldn't take it well, I've got a general idea because she continues to go out with me, and always talks to me, but Im unsure.

Sometimes the direct approach is best, just ask. But if that seems too bold for your liking, look for the following signs. Pay attention to your conversations with the person in question.
1) Does this person show a special interest in having a conversation with you and, once started, make an effort to keep that conversation going?
2) Has this person taken a sudden interest in your life and hobbies? This is a sure sign that he or she is interested in something.
3) Other elements of body language include frequent eye contact, holding your gaze and looking down before looking away.
4) Does the person you're wondering about just plain smile at you a lot?

why dont u ask her that? tell her the exact same thing u told us. maybe she has something about getting used 2 talking much around people or she's the kind that have a own way in expressing their feelings. maybe this girl doesent get used 2 people fast. it's ok. it's human nature 2 some people. sit her down and talk 2 her. hope this is useful! Tell her exactly like you told us. I was really shy before, but my husband would always tell me how much he cared and loved me. At first, I hated it because I felt embarassed that someone actually felt that way. But now, it happens so often, that I don't even worry about it. Now I find it as easy to tell him as it is accepting it from him. Not only that, but it showed me true love.

Honesty and sincerity are key. Just talk to her. Explain how you feel and what you would like her to tell you, but make it clear that she does not have to answer if she is uncomfortable. Give her time but bring the subject up yourself. She is probably wondering the same thing, but is afraid to say it.

tell her in private. come off slow and sweet don't over crowd her or anything or give her the 3rd degree but ask her how she feels and where she thinks ur relationship is going. help her understand that she can trust u and can count on u to understand her completely.

Be open with her, if she's cares she will respond.
Or talk about how shy she is and see how she reply to that and go from there.

tell her in private, away from other people so it wont make her insecure but dont make it 20 questions or the spanish inquisition because then she might just lie to get it over with.
