The 5th movie date has been confirmed by warner brothers to come out on July 13, 2007.
As for the book many people say it will come out on 7/7/07. But that is just a rumor, I think the next book will probably come out late 2007.

The next Harry Potter book is rumored to be released on July 7, 2007, but the release date has not been revealed just yet. As for the movie, it is due out some time next summer.

July of next year 2007 for the movie and as for the book it been said maybe July 7, 2007 or the summer of 2008.

The books and the movies always come out on the same year, every other year. For example, the 4th movie and 6th book both came out in 2005. So, the 5th movie and 7th (LAST!) book will probably come out in 2007. The book first, in July, the movie a few months later.

The movie is in production right now so check www.imdb.com for updates. Just do a Harry Potter search and it will come up from there. The book is coming out sometime next year.

Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix is currently shooting and is scheduled to be released in 2007...either summer or around thanksgiving.
The seventh and final Harry Potter book is still being written and no release date or working title has been divulged.
