Hmm, "macheesemo" sounds like a cheesy word, literally. Anywayz, machismo means when guys show pride of being male, thinking that they're better than women and that they can do anything, except crying or showing they're delicate side.

Simply put, "Machismo" is males showing off their masculinity, usually directed towards females. More prominent in Spain and Italy.
