That's not caused by roaches.
You have what is commonly called "AIDS" and you got it from being a homo.
At least stop playing catcher...

OMG! The first thing you need to do is get rid of the little army of roaches. Get some good bug bombs....reading the directions will tell you how many you need to get depending on how big your house is and how many rooms you have. Close up the house and set them off. Be sure to LEAVE for awhile as it says on the directions, and take any pets you may have with you, or at least put them outside.
Then head to the pharmacy. Show the pharmacist one of the wounds and ask what he would recommend.....I'm sure there are over the counter treatments you can get, like anti-biodic ointments or something. If they are as extensive as you say they are you may have to pay a visit to your local Doc-In-A-Box (PrimaCare or whatever).
After you go back home, and after the bombs have finished, open up the windows and air the house out. Then a good cleaning is going to be required, because there will be little dead bodies everywhere. Strip the sheets off the bed and wash them. Pull the mattress off the frame and make sure to clean up any the little dead bodies there. You'll have to run all your dishes through the dishwasher, and wash all towels. Then sweep and vacuum.
You've GOT to get rid of those....that's NOT HEALTHY!

Roaches do not bite. You may have roaches, but your bites are from something else. If you live in an apartment, you can be as clean as you want but you will still get roaches if your neighbors have them. They are not impossible to get rid of, but everyone needs to work together which usually won't happen in apartments. As long as they have a food supply ANYWHERE in the units, they will breed and get everywhere. It happened to me so I know; my place was clean but I shared walls between two nasty, nasty families that didn't care to clean up. I heard that the gel bait that comes in a tube is good. As for the bites, sounds like bedbugs which are really hard to get rid of.
