csi (las vegas) with grissom gets my vote.
the original csi: it has a better cast of actors (though I dig Sinis [sp?] as an actor) and the writing is just plain quirkier, churning out better character development, plots, cliff hangers, ...all of that combined? it makes for good entertainment!
