Is the guy playing Superman wearing a muscle suit?

In the new Superman movie, I mean.

No it is all him. At one point in the movie, you see his bare chest (not in a love scene), and you know the muscle is his. I don't want to spoil the movie, so I won't give a better explaination for the no shirt. It is innocent though.

nope, that is 100% all him. he added 20 pounds to his weight in pure muscle.
