I think rather than asking him/her something I would say Thank you God for all you have given me, and then say that I am sorry for sinning and disappointing him.

That's hard.
1. If love and forgiveness is his message, why doesn't he forgive Satan for his sins? Why cast him out, why have Hell if he forgives all?

2. If he was really all powerful, why doesn't he step in sometimes and stop horrible atrocities from happening?

3. What is the message behind Jesus dying for our sins, why didn't he just go on teaching the message? Why the torture, and dying, what did THAT have to do with MY sins?

And then I'd thank him for creating Cotton Candy! The happiest thing on earth is eating Cotton Candy.

1) Sorry about being an atheist, it's just, well, it seemed pretty ridiculous that there would be an unseen, everpresent, infinite being out there that created us...no hard feelings, right?

2) Did you create earth or did you create the universe and earth developed over time?

3) Is time travel possible?

Buttkisser.
I would ask God what the Hell He was thinking when He created free will?
I would ask Him why He tolerates human evil to exist?
I would ask Him what He planned to do about it?

That's what I would ask.
Now, the tooth fairy - her I would have some tough ones for.

I would first ask where he/she came from, the origin of him/herself, and what they were doing before they decided to create existence.

then I would ask what is beyond the universe, is it still growing? is it just a molecule? is there other molecular universes? does our universe fold in on itself? even so.. whats beyond those?

then I'd probably think for a second and ask what his favorite band is..... I'll bet he digs the Grateful Dead!!! yeah!
