I love the show. It is my favorite show. I hope they keep it going.I will always watch because of Daniel. He's changed over the past 10 years. Even though they took off RDA its still a good show. At least he is coming back for the 200th episode.

Great show, I liked the originals more than the Atlantis shows.

Although I loved the premise and promise of 'Stargate SG-1', because it was an exciting concept with a lot of potential, I found it rather dull and poorly-made and I stopped watching it (I recently watched most of Season 1 and some of Season 2 on DVD).
What I mostly disliked about 'Stargate SG-1' was its lack of interesting characters - and especially that the lead character was Jack O'Neill. To me, he mostly came across as a whiny old b*tch full of annoying insults.
As well, many episodes (or at least the ones that I saw) were mostly dull stories about the SG-1 team going to mostly dull planets that mostly featured dull villages, or dull ruins, or both. Now and then, someone willingly or unwillingly becomes a host.

i never paid attention to stargate 1, I dont really care for movies like star trek or star wars but, my twins love stuff like that...im in to drama and comedy.. love stories
