Is anyone else going through this. Is it normal so early to never seem to get full. i eventually take a break from eating only because i cant fit anymore food in my belly, but not because im done eating

You'll probably have cravings for different food, but you shouldn't have cravings for an overly large amount of food. When you are pregnant, the only time that the mother needs to consume more food is in the 3rd trimester, and its only 500 extra calories. Try not to over eat early on in the pregnancy.

I think that every pregnancy is different. Your body may be demanding certain vitamins or minerals. You didn't say what you were eating, but as long as your eating healthy and don't gain too much, you should be fine. Stay away from empty foods (foods that don't have vitamins and/or minerals that you need)

I lost weight during my pregnancies, but ate all the time! Only thing was I craved fruit, veggies, and meats.

Your eating now may just be a quick phase, as you may likely be getting sick (morning sickness) soon enough!

You have a long way to go and lots of hills and valleys to get through! LOL Congratulations to you and your developing baby!!! How exciting!!! :)

I had two kids and I ate a lot (okay tons) during both pregnancies. BUT you need eat smart. Keep healthy foods and snacks on hand. Eat when you are hungry, drink fresh water and get lots of exercise. I gained about 25 lbs following this 'plan'. I felt great afterwards because I had given my baby good food from the start and myself a chance at being happy with my body post partum.

My advise is, slow down. It can be that you think: Oh, I am pregnant I have to eat. I have to eat for 2. But that isnt so. Sometimes you think your are hungry but really you are thursty. You should controll your eating. Small snacks like an Apple or other fruits. Once in a while sweet stuff. Believe me, eat normal, just a lil bit more as usuall. Your Baby takes what it needs. Eat more fruits/vegetables. Dont eat for 2 or 10.

Having cravings is very normal but eating everything in sight you really shouldn't do. My Dr. told me that you should only gain up to 35 lbs during the pregnancy. Just focus on eating healthy stuff and in moderation. Instead of big meals try snacking throughout the day. Good luck and congrats!!!!

All woman experience pregnancy diffferently. You may not even have the symptoms that other women talk about. and you may get some that they do not.

Eating a lot is normal and it is ok. The only thing I would say is to make sure that you are eating healthy foods most of the time. It is ok to eat sweets and snacks, but make sure that you are giving your baby enough fruits and veggies to get the nutrition he/she needs.

Congratulations and Good luck!

I'm not sure if it's normal, but let me tell you I'm jealous. I'm pregnant and the thought of food makes me sick to my stomach. I've even cried in restaurants because I just can't eat. It's frustrating because I know I have too eat right. So girl, be fortunate!

you probably need to slow down- you don't want to gain much weight in the beginning- save it for the end. When I was first pregnant the only reason I ate was because I was hungry not because it sounded good (nothing sounded good) and I realized that before I would always over eat because it tasted good, not because I was hungry.
