Have a debate with topics that concern young people.

Have a 'call-in' about teen problems, where teens could call in anonymously & ask questions or state their problems & concerns.......have a 'group' panel there to answer or comment on the calls.....the group should or could include: a school guidance counselor, a minister, a psychologist, a physician, a couple of teens (boy & girl) & a Mom & a Dad.

things that really appeal to teens i have a 13 year old and he is a junior volunteer firefighter for our area they don't do a lot but it keeps them out of some trouble also music that does not have bad meaning to it like so much of today's music it could have ads about all the local things available for them to do that is free to them

Current events, school issues, puzzles/riddles/games (to keep it lively), some music, sports, and hot topics (e.g. school vouchers vs public schools, pollution/environmental issues, drugs, relationships, jobs). Try and get local guest speakers (most civic leaders are quite happy to help). Sounds like fun.
